The courtyard of the Design and Creative Centre Kobe (KIITO) was renovated in the form of workshops. A composter was constructed from bricks, and soil was prepared by collecting fallen leaves from plants grown in the courtyard. In addition, a new landscape was created in the courtyard by making shelves for mushroom cultivation from wood and bamboo taken from the mountains of Kobe.
